Accessibility Statement
Built to be usable by everyone who visits.
Last updated
This statement applies to www.fierceflowco.com, operated by FierceFlow Digital LLC.
Our commitment
FierceFlow Digital LLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with a keyboard only, a screen reader, screen magnification, speech input, or reduced motion settings.
Accessibility is treated as part of how the site is built and reviewed, not as a one time fix.
Standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 at Level AA. This is the standard most commonly referenced in United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Canadian accessibility expectations.
This statement describes our target and our current practice. It is a self assessment and is not a certification or an independent audit result.
What we have implemented
Semantic page structure with a single main landmark, ordered headings, and a skip link to jump straight to page content.
Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators on every link, button, and accordion control.
Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
Tap targets sized for comfortable use on touch screens, and layouts that reflow at high zoom and on small viewports.
Colour contrast checked against the Level AA thresholds, with information never conveyed by colour alone.
Known limitations
Some decorative background motion and gradient effects are used for visual atmosphere. These are non essential and do not carry information; if your device or browser requests reduced motion, animation is minimised.
Content hosted by third parties, such as embedded platform links or social profiles, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
If you find something that is not covered here, please tell us so we can add it to this list and fix it.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this website blocks you, email Team@fierceflowco.com with the page address and a short description of the problem. Include your browser and assistive technology if you can, as it helps us reproduce the issue.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will offer an alternative way to get the information while a fix is in progress.
Ongoing review
We review accessibility when pages change and when new sections are added. This statement is updated when our practice or our known limitations change.
