FierceFlow Digital LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website handles, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It is written to cover visitors in the United States, the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, and Canada.
Who we are
This website is operated by FierceFlow Digital LLC, a United States limited liability company. For privacy law purposes, FierceFlow Digital LLC is the controller of the personal information described on this page.
You can reach us about anything on this page at Team@fierceflowco.com. A postal address is available on request.
Information we collect
Information you send us. If you email us or respond to us about an engagement, we receive your name, email address, company details, and whatever else you choose to include.
Cookie preference. We store your choice from the consent banner in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit. This is strictly necessary and cannot be turned off while you use the site.
Analytics data. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, referring site, device and browser type, and general interaction data. We use it in aggregate to understand what visitors find useful.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps to keep the site available and secure.
This website has no user accounts, no sign in, no shopping cart, and no payment processing. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site.
Cookies and tracking
Strictly necessary. One browser storage entry holds your consent choice so the banner does not ask again. It cannot be switched off while you use the site.
Analytics. This website uses Google Analytics, a measurement service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use our pages. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser.
Consent is denied by default. Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept on the consent banner, and it never loads if you reject or dismiss the banner. You can withdraw consent at any time on the Cookie Preferences page. We set no advertising or retargeting cookies.
Why we use your information and our legal bases
To reply to enquiries and to deliver services you have asked for. Where United Kingdom or European Union law applies, the legal basis is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
To keep the website secure, available, and working correctly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
To remember your cookie choice, and to run Google Analytics measurement when you have accepted. The legal basis for anything non essential, including analytics, is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To meet legal, tax, and record keeping obligations where required.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising.
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our email, for example web hosting and email delivery. They process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.
Google. Where you have accepted cookies, Google acts as our analytics provider and processes usage data on our behalf, which can involve transfer to servers in the United States under standard contractual clauses. You can reject cookies here at any time, or install the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of people or property.
International transfers
We operate from the United States, so information you send us is processed there. If you contact us from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or Canada, your information is transferred internationally and is protected by appropriate safeguards with our providers, such as standard contractual clauses where they apply.
How long we keep information
Enquiry and client correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer you and manage the relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax, or dispute purposes.
Your cookie preference stays in your browser until you clear it or reset it below. Google Analytics cookies expire on Google's standard schedule, and aggregated analytics reporting is retained for up to fourteen months. Hosting security logs are kept for a short retention period by our provider.
Your privacy rights
United States. Depending on your state, you may request access to the personal information we hold, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of today. You may use an authorised agent, and we will never deny service, change prices, or reduce quality because you exercised a right.
United Kingdom and European Economic Area. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
Canada. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, challenge its accuracy, and withdraw consent subject to legal and contractual limits. You may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
To exercise any right, email Team@fierceflowco.com and tell us what you want us to do. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We aim to acknowledge within ten days and to respond within forty five days, or within one month where United Kingdom or European Union law applies.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
