Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract, or professional legal, tax, or financial advice. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement or proposal.

No performance guarantee

Results in creator marketing and paid media depend on factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, inventory, brand, market conditions, and third party platform behaviour. Any example, framework, or description of past work is illustrative and is not a promise, projection, or guarantee of future results.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of product claims, brand assets, platform account access, and compliance with applicable advertising rules and platform policies.

Fees and payment

Fees, scope, and payment schedules are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Invoices are due as stated in that document unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

All website content, branding, marks, and system frameworks are owned by FierceFlow Digital LLC. Client-owned assets remain the property of the client. Deliverable ownership and usage rights are defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non exclusive licence to view this website for your own informational and business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from site content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Where no fees have been paid, our total liability relating to your use of this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FierceFlow Digital LLC and its members, officers, and contractors from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which FierceFlow Digital LLC is organised, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both parties consent to that venue.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or Canada, this clause does not remove the protection of mandatory local laws or your right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

Dispute resolution

Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to raise the issue in writing to Team@fierceflowco.com and to attempt to resolve it in good faith within thirty days.

Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

These terms, together with the Privacy & Cookies policy, the DMCA & Copyright policy, and any signed engagement agreement, form the entire agreement between you and FierceFlow Digital LLC regarding this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
