How we respond

We review complete notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material. We aim to acknowledge valid notices promptly and may ask for clarification if a notice is incomplete.

Content published on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Meta, or Instagram is governed by those platforms' own copyright processes. For that material, please also file a report directly with the platform.

Counter notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter notice to the same contact above containing:

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

FierceFlow Digital LLC may suspend or terminate engagements, access, or collaboration with parties who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Misuse of this process

Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement can carry legal liability. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, please consult an attorney before filing.
